Breastfeeding Support Groups

Come visit us at Breastfeeding Support Group for expert guidance and support from those who understand the challenges and joys of breastfeeding. ​Our lactation consultants can help with pumping questions, breastfeeding challenges such as nipple pain, latch issues, weight loss and more as well as prenatal questions for those who haven't delivered yet but plan on breastfeeding. 

Our support group provides a safe space to share experiences, provide advice, and offer encouragement to all new mothers. Whether you’re looking for breastfeeding help, emotional support, or new friendships, our group is here for you. 

All you need to bring is you and your baby. We will have baby scales available and you may bring a female support person with you. ​​Support group is a come and go type of group. ​Come anytime between 9am-1pm, preferably when your baby would be hungry or ready for a feed. Stay for 30 minutes or stay for 4 hours. ​

No fee or registration required. ​
